Q: I got an error message, connection failed, while running analysis?
A:Upgrade the MG2000 Software. to the latest version. Contact Peter Schef at Rowaco for details (schef@rowaco.se)

Q: Which methods and Calibrations are available for combustion exhaust measurements?
A:Methods for combustion of Diesel, Gasolin and Ethanol fuels are available.

Q: Can I would like to add an component to an existing method?
A:Yes, that can usually been easily done and how-to is descibed in the users manual. It can also be done by Product Specialist from Rowaco or MKS.

Q: The spectrometer is working to slow, much slower than 5Hz
A: Check the external devices, are analog input or Analog output added? They only work at 1Hz. Also check the ”REPORTING” option in the setup menu, it should be ”Serial Port Disabled” if not used (if used it works only at 1Hz).

Q: I run out of LN2 and after refilling the instrument it still not work.
A:Restart the software and instrument (unplugg the instrument or use the main switch at the rear).

Q: I have an discrepancy of more than 3% of NO in combustion analysis.
A:Update the Methods 2008 with NO from 2009. Contact Peter Schef for more info.
